Maeghan Finnigan

Maeghan Finnigan has been teaching group fitness and movement for over 20 years, beginning with Original Hot Yoga and completing her first teacher training in 2005. She has practiced consistently through three pregnancies, deepening her understanding of strength, resilience, and longevity in the body.

In 2010, Maeghan purchased The Studio, where she built a thriving community rooted in 90-minute hot yoga classes. Over time, she recognized the importance of incorporating multiple modalities to help bodies truly thrive. She introduced Inferno Hot Pilates, and later discovered Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) in 2020, education that transformed her approach to movement and expanded The Studio’s mission beyond working hard to moving well.

Today, Maeghan blends yoga, strength training, and mobility systems to help people feel strong, capable, and sustainable in their bodies for the long term.

Julia Finnigan

Julia Finnigan was first drawn to Original Hot Yoga by the challenge it presented — and after practicing it for almost 10 years decided to attend her first teacher training in 2016, she left with a deep desire to continue learning and expanding her understanding of movement. Soon after, Julia joined her sister, Maeghan, at The Studio. Eager to grow both personally and professionally, she immersed herself in additional training and new modalities, playing an active role in bringing fresh offerings to the community and is committed to lifelong learning, and continually seeks out advanced education and innovative approaches to movement.
